"O apartamento é bom para um casal, espaçoso. O banheiro também é bom. A porta da sacada precisa de manutenção e a luz da entrada, onde é a "cozinha" é muito fraca. "We had a very mixed experience at Own Búzios. While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. We eventually landed in a third room that felt quite run-down with stained sheets. The garden was poorly maintained, with high weeds and even mushrooms growing on the porch. The main positives were the very comfortable bed, a nice pool area for a post-beach swim, and the friendly initial welcome. However, these were overshadowed by a lack of property maintenance and a repetitive breakfast that seemed recycled over our four-day stay. Another down side m was the checkout experience where we were presented with an open bar tab. It felt like they tried to charge us for our "complimentary" welcome drinks, and the staff seemed irritated when we disputed it. Next time, I’ll likely try one of the nearby pousadas instead."
