  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

I will share my personal opinion about this property, a place which I do recommended, ideally not in the peak season in order to make the most out of it. Positives: great stuff which are open to hear your requests. Great location. Great wellness center - so many options and outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight. Great massage options, truly professionals. Great lunch/dinner restaurant - extremely tasty food and at amazing prices ! Things that can be improved: breakfast options are limited and missing basic items, such as bakery options. If the hotel runs at full capacity, the food runs out extremely fast and doesn’t get often replaced. And the breakfast area is too tight. Overall the hotel is staffed and built in such a way that when it is at maximum capacity, it looses its peacefulness - makes you feel people are on top of each other. The shower pressure needs attention as it randomly changes temperature and can get extremely hot. The heating of the rooms needs attention as sometimes it wasn’t working. During the holidays, would love to see more decorations / color to create a more holiday atmosphere as their sister hotel (Deep). Would love to see in the room options like a coffee machine (since a full kitchen with items are already provided) or bathrobes or slippers (they could be ordered upon request and with extra charge only at the moment). Also would love to see some more hand creams available (maybe sponsored) - always amazing to test new products in hotels.
