「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was superb! The lady who checked me in was personable, kind, and seemed focused on making me feel welcome. The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and relaxing shower with excellent water pressure. Never ran out of hot water! The location can’t be beat for dining and shopping. I walked to most places. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit the area in the future. 」

「The rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. It was overall quiet. I wish that the back patio was more accessible and had flowers around it. Otherwise it was awesome in every way.」

「I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！」
