「Typical hotel breakfast but did add some fresh strawberries which was great! Room pleasant. Nothing fancy but comfortable. 」

「I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She 」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」

「I have never had this happened to me before when I checked in at the front desk and got my keys, I opened the door of my room and there was a lady that was half naked with a towel wrapped around her. It was a very embarrasing situation and I wish that on nobody.」

「The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...

「I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, cigarette burns and stains on the mattress, and roaches everywhere throughout the room. The smell of marijuana was very strong as soon as we walked in, and the restroom door would not even close properly. Overall, the condition of the motel was unacceptable and nothing like what we expected. Very disappointing experience.」
