「Everything is immaculate in this place. Their rooms are clean and renovated (they cleaner rooms twice a day plus have a 24/7 house keeping service). Breakfast was amazing with a ton of variety including a lot of fresh fruit which is cut to your liking…but most important are the staff, all addressing you by name everywhere and always saying yes to whatever you ask for anywhere.」

「I stopped here for two nights and do not recommend this hotel. The room was dated and filth. TV did not work. Since leaving the hotel a am covered in a rash, caused by bed bugs. This is now causing much itching and distress to myself. I could not eat the food, it was inedible. To be fair the staff were pleasant enough though. 「Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable. The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it . Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year.」
