「A limpeza não estava adequada, encontrei pêlos e sujeira pelo chão e tapete. Faltou roupas de cama, tinha apenas um edredom fino que cobria a cama, somente travesseiros no armário. O banheiro estava sem secador, mas prontamente pude recorrer ao atendimento por WhatsApp e instalaram um em poucos minutos.」

「The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay...

「Affordable, clean, and conveniently located near tourist attractions. Great value for the price. The only downside was parking, although advertised as onsite, it was “full” upon arrival. They do have a garage in the same hotel, but it comes with an additional nightly charge.」
