"Room is nice, feels like staying at an Airbnb or Bed and Breakfast. Theres a communal kitchen with basic supplies, fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The breakfast that is included is at a little restaurant nearby. Staff is friendly and checks in every day via WhatsApp to see if theres anything needed. They arent always on site. The post office was closed while I was there and I had asked if they could mail a few postcards for me, I provided them with money for the stamps. I am not sure if they sent them, I am still waiting for the postcards and they did not respond to my whatsapp message after I left. "

One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."
