「This hotel is lovely. While it is not a 4 or 5 star, it is very nice. It is clean and details are noticed. It is on the lake with great views. The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best that I've seen anywhere with local produce, homemade healthy items. The restaurant for lunch and dinner features small plates which are also very good. Highly recommend.」

「距離車站有點遠，對於不是駕車旅行的旅客有些不方便。但是飯店周圍環境安靜悠閒，視野佳，可見葡萄園景和湖景。飯店員工非常和善親切，飯店內很乾淨。」

「位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。」

「A fantastic place full of history! The staff is absolutely amazing, it makes a huge difference when you see that people love their job. We felt welcome and cared for all the time. Our room was beautiful and full of character - as well as all communal areas. I took a moment to read about the history of the hotel, and it's absolutely fascinating. Knowing that it's the oldest hotel in Montreux where a lot of great people used to stay (including Victor Hugo), makes it even more special. 」
