「Arrived late, not a soul around. Kitchen and common areas were clean, headed to bed. Room and bathroom were clean and well-stocked. Love the quirky decor. Early breakfast - lots of choices, out the door. Online check-in, no check-out was a breeze. Would return.」

「Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

「The property is fairly new. The problem we encountered was not having our room cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed. We were told on the second night that our would be cleaned. It never happened even on the third day the same promises were from the person at the desk. We took our trash out and straightened our room. It is not some you expect to do during your hotel stay. Should have known something was wrong when we saw a pile of dirty towels pile outside one of the rooms and a trail of popcorn...
