「The Shepherds hut was just perfect for a relaxing stay, lots of little thoughtful touches such as home made bread, jam and granola. Very peaceful setting, beautiful garden, welcoming hosts. We loved our stay.」

「It's a very friendly hotel. The room was clean & cozy. The restaurant also very good and I didn't need to find a place to eat. Excellent for a night or two and explore the nearby area.」

「Location, hotel, and spa all excellent. One major let down though- no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I was given a fan when i queried this, however the fan was far too noisy to be able to sleep. It really was far too hot, and unfortunately this would deter me from returning in the summer season. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!」

Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home.」

「Amazing peaceful rural location. We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. Not something I am very used to staying in lots of hotels for work. The farmhouse is as picturesque as it looks in the photos. Local recommendations for activities and food.
