房間有國際充電器 早餐精緻 最令人喜歡的是戶外淋浴空間的設計 游泳池有提供兩個充氣躺椅 環境非常清幽 是我們在峇里島住的三家飯店中最喜歡的 一開始擔心價格太便宜會受騙上當 幸好是多慮了

早餐很好吃,有泳池可以放鬆,是個世外桃源~ 有接駁車來往烏布市區和飯店之間,相當方便~ 建築很有巴里島風情,讓人想一直住下去~

酒店比預期中更偏僻，而且比較多蟻。酒店職員服務態度良好，而且有接送服務(這個要另加400000印尼盾一程)，方便。

雖然離烏布市區有點遠，但是環境很安靜，很適合休息，房間的設施還不錯，很大也還算乾淨，服務人員真的很親切，尤其是Villa Manager Gede,人真的很好很值得信賴，唯一不方便的是手機收不到訊號，Wifi也很弱房間又沒電話，不過以他的收費來看，整體算是物超所值

Forfærdeligt, checkede ud samme dag vi ankom
Det levede på ingen måde op til vores forventning. Værelset var utrolig beskidt, myrer i sengen og dyr i skabet. Søde staff, men ikke særlig Hospitality minded. Vi var nød til at checke ud første nat vi ankom, to dage før vi skulle være checket ud, fordi vi ikke syntes det var trygt eller rart. De havde enda ikke regnet med vi ville have nøgle til vores værelse, men fik den dog til sidst. Alt i alt helt forfærdelig oplevelse. Ikke book det.

Ich war nun schon zum 3. Mal dort. Es ist eine ruhige und beschauliche Anlage im Zentrum der Insel. Erstmalig war ich 2016 dort. Man merkt jedoch, dass die Zeit nicht spurlos vergangen ist. Schade, dass der Empfang sehr schlecht war. Man hatte nicht mit uns gerechnet. Die Türen waren anfangs geschlossen. Auch auch emails vorab wurde nicht reagiert. Sehr schade. Doch insgesamt überzeugt die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ich komme auch ein 4. Mal.

God service. Ufattelig skittent. Måtte dusje på et annet hotel, for jeg maktet ikke å dusje der. Krydde av maur i senga, og generelt innsekt og krypdyr i hele rommet, spesielt badet. Så også mange rotter utenfor rommet mitt.

Bad smell when arrived in swimming pool area..door not opening and closing properly..baths were dirty..kitchen and fridge were not clean..seating cushions stained..busy street with no where to walk...communication was 0 before we arrived..

Kebersihan kurang, ada plastik roti bekas di laci night lamp nya .. bathtub penutup rusak, mesti call engineering utk bisa dipakai .. Highlight utk Mbak yg di Front Office yg served breakfast nya super ramah, very accomodating, dan informatif .. kamarnya oke overal bersih dan nyaman ..

- frühes Check-in beantragt welches von Unterkunft nicht wahrgenommen wurde -> mussten vor Ort 3h warten obwohl das Zimmer schon fertig war - Krabbeltiere tot und lebendig auf Boden, Bett, Wänden; Kot und Urin der gleichen am Boden; Ratte auf Klimaanlage - Dach war undicht -> Pflanzen wuchsen von draußen ins Zimmer und somit auch noch mehr Tiere - schmutziges&vergilbtes Laken am Himmelbett - zahlreiche Schimmelflecken an Wänden -> strenger Geruch - vermooste Außendusche - kaputter Klorollenhalter - TV funktionierte nicht - Wlan war im Bungalow nicht nutzbar obwohl es in allen Bereichen des Hotels wlan geben sollte - Poolliege kaputt; Liegenpolster dreckig und schimmelig - Holzterrasse mit 2 großen Löchern mit herausstehenden Schrauben - kaputte Klospülung -> nach Reklamation wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert -> Kot lag den ganzen Tag in der Schüssel - kaputte Außenbeleuchtung -> laut Manager sollte ein Elektriker kommen -> es kam keiner - unkompetente, untrainierte, nicht hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte Um halb 10 morgens haben wir zweimal nach dem Manager verlangt. Uns wurde gesagt dass er am Nachmittag kommen würde. Haben bis 15Uhr gewartet und haben nochmal nach ihm gefragt, dann wurde uns gesagt, dass er gar nicht mehr kommt. Es wurde uns also eiskalt ins Gesicht gelogen und wir haben dadurch den ganzen Tag verschwendet. Daraufhin haben wir frühzeitig ausgecheckt. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!!

Vi hade bokat en villa här för fyra nätter men klarade inte av mer än en natt. Rummen kryllade av myror och flugor, inte bara på golven utan även i sängen (!!), resväskorna och hela toalettstolen. Möblerna föll bokstavligt talat isär när vi öppnade skåp och garderobsluckor. Wifi funkade inte någonstans på hela området, tv funkade ej, belysning i trädgården funkade ej, AC funkade ej. Sängkläder och handdukar var smutsiga, och under det dygnet vi var där fick vi ej några handdukar till händerna eller att använda till poolen. Badrummen är ej rena, inte heller poolen som var full av alger. Maten vi beställde från hotellets restaurang resulterade i att hela sällskapet blev dåliga. Personalen var trevlig men tyvärr pratar de knappt engelska och det blir väldigt svårt att kommunicera. Rekommenderar ej.

I loved the concept of the outdoor bathroom. The only downside is the bugs when you’re showering or using the restroom (geckos and ants are everywhere in Bali but it wasn’t a big deal). Don’t expect it to be white glove clean either. Make sure you select the option that includes breakfast because it’s really no where close by to eat (next town is Ubud which is approximately 10-15 mins away and where we spent most of our time when not going the typical tourist stuff). You can have groceries delivered to your villa upon request. If you have leftovers just keep in mind that there isn’t a microwave in the villa. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff were rude, not even a simple greeting from them instead they would talk in the other room and laugh at my husband and I The villa was disgusting, room servicing was never done until we pretty much had to beg them to do our bed and clean the floors as they were covered in BUGS! No breakfast included so when it was silent day in Bali we would of pretty much starved to death thank god we left. Not close to anything Long drive to wherever we wanted to go Left 2 nights later and stayed in a better Villa in Seminyak As we packed and left they didn’t even care or ask why we were leaving the way we did, will never recommend this Crap property to anymore, save ur money and save the headache.

1/1～1/4と４泊しました。何もしなくてゆっくり過ごせばたいへんにいいところです。プールで過ごすのも静かでいいと思います。スタッフも皆親切です。（バリの人は皆親切です。）ただし、バスタオルはあるも洗面タオルや歯ブラシはありません。石鹸、シャンプーは区別がつかず微妙です。バスタブのお湯の出は悪く、附属シャワー（？）で何とか対応。大きなシャワーは使いませんでした。トイレも浴槽もオープンスペースで外にいるような感じです。６室の規模なのでレストランはロビーと兼用です。夜帰りウブドから遠いのでタクシーは15万ルピア要求されました。（実際13万交渉成立）プール付でしたので、ゆっくり、ビールを飲んで過ごしました。蚊はいませんでした。夜は部屋に流行の蚊取りスプレーを噴射しておけば、いろいろな虫が落ちてきます。価格からして静かで、泳げたし満足、納得です。

Pros - Quiet location. Relaxing. - Spacious rooms and nice swimming pool. - Friendly and helpful staff. Communicates well in English. - Wide selection of order-in food. - Traditional decor and beautiful landscape surrounding property. Cons - Nothing open nearby after 9pm. Need to travel approx 20 minutes to nearby town. - Room had cobwebs. Needs cleaning. - Low water pressure in toilet. Sometimes without water / murky water - Attractions are at least 30 minutes to an hour drive away. Longer depending on traffic.

Une catastrophe !!!
Que dire ? On avait réservé une villa avec piscine et on nous propose une villa sans piscine car les « friendly guests » de l’equipe restent plus longtemps que prévu ! Nous avons eu les clefs de notre villa à 16h00 avec un nettoyage au minimum. Les friendly guests ont fait la fête jusqu’à 01h00 du matin sans que la Direction ou la Sécurité interviennent... L’etat des murs sans la salle de bain est déplorable Notre moustiquaire avait d’étranges auréoles et des trous immenses La piscine privée fuyait et se remplissait à partir de 07h00 avec un bruit infernal Si vous aimez le chant des coqs à partir de 4h00 du matin, vous allez adorer car vous avez un élevage juste à côté ... Je passe les oublis comme le café au PDJ.... Enfin, une vraie catastrophe et nous étions content de partir de cet hôtel

The property needs a lot of maintenance. Service staff are very nice and helpful but they do need some training. Overall we were ok but probably not pay a visit anytime soon until they sort their stuff out.

Vänligt hemötande
Vänlig och hjälpsamm personal som även serverar måltider i bungalow på utsatt tid. Boendet är lite sliten, behov av en varsam hand och uppdatering. Häftigt utebadrum, lite udda i början men efter nån dag ganska njutbart med dusch till fågelkvitter. Erbjuder spa tjänster så njöt skön massage vid poolkanten innan middag. Måltider enkla och prisvärda. Stannade 2 dagar, helt ok med tanke på läget och super med fri shuttle till Ubud.

Långt från centrala Ubud
Väldigt bra rum hade vi, till och med vattenkokare hade rummet. Dåliga är att det ligger långt ifrån allting, det ingår shuttle men det är bara 2 gånger om dagen man kan bli hämtad från ett ställe långt från det centrala. Annars ett bra hotell med stor pool. Finns möjlighet till mat på hotellet, inget som vi testade dock.

Tack vare den givna uppgiften är vi väldigt glada att ha kunder som dig. Vi är ledsna för vår plats som ligger bara utanför staden, vi är medvetna om det, men vi har lämnat information i alla online som vårt avstånd cirka 15 minuters bilresa från Ubud Central. Därför erbjuder vi extra pendelservice utan kostnad för alla gäster. ledsen vi kan inte ge den extra pendeln full eftersom skyttelavgiften inte ingår i rumspriset.

Hotel relaxante por ótimo valor
Quando chegamos no hotel, nosso quarto era lindo, porém as paredes estavam descascando por causa da humidade e nosso banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, transbordou de água até o quarto no primeiro banho. No entanto, o staff foi super prestativo, simpáticos e no dia seguinte nos transferiram para um quarto ainda melhor. Nos hospedamos durante o Nyepi Day, (um dia inteiro sem poder sair as ruas, sem internet, e com iluminação limitada durante a noite), mas a equipe do hotel nos deu toda a estrutura para passarmos o dia desfrutnando da piscina, com todas as refeições disponíveis caso quiséssemos. O hotel é afastado do centro, no entanto eles disponibilzam traslado free para o centro de Ubud. Utilizamos um dia e foi super conveniente. Não há restaurantes nas redondezas, somente warungs, mas no hotel, eles oferecem serviço de delivery para vários paladares. Pedimos comida italiana um dia e estava ótimo e o preço super justo. Além de tudo isso, o hotel é uma delícia e o preço é excelente por tudo que oferecem! Um hotel para relaxar! Indicamos!

The best Hotel-Manager in Disrict Bali-Ubud Area.., Bapak Gedeh, & very lovely helping Hotel-Staff....,I must to know this, because I'm zelf be a General-Hotelmanager of The Swalmerhof-Hotel of Roermond-Netherland's. Warm Welcome-Drink & refreshing Pool-Area with Towel and a dreaming Balian-Naturly Feeling Palmtrees & a lot of Banana..& Orchid Surrounding..., the best Relax-Place of Bali....!!! Car with Driver-Service & Motorcycle-Rentals (very cheap = ca. 9.-Euro a day...Yamaha N-Max..the biggest one...), A relax & dreaming-place in the Area of Ubud..., Ricefields & Cultur...!

Thank you very much for your feed back, we are very glad, because our hard work to provide the best service to all the customers is greatly appreciated. regarding the limited number of restaurant, according of the concept of our villa is a villa in the middle of the countryside, we introduce more rural life, traditional food and solitude.restaurant and city hustle can be reached just in 10 minutes drive.
