「This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.」

「Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I...

「It's quite different from other Marriott hotels I've been to. It didn't meet my expectations.」

「The images shown were not close to the actual lobby and rooms. Maybe they were similar 20 years ago but not today. If they showed actual images, I would not have stayed. This is what is known as a "socks hotel". You wear your socks and don't walk barefoot. This hotel, offers nightly, weekly and monthly stays. I would not recommend it.」

「Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

「The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. Will never return to this hotel chain! The only thing that was good, was...
