При заселении 19.02 работник приёмной проявила полнейший непрофессионализм: оскорбляла, грубила и отказывалась заселять при наличии оплаченной брони. Проживание 15-16 февраля прошло замечательно.

The hotel was good. But it is a little isolated in its location. But having said that, Pavlodar is quite spread out and there didn't appear to be a large choice of hotels available at the time I booked. Other than the football match - the reason I was visiting - I didn't find a great deal in Pavlodar to interest me ...and the weather during my visit didn't tempt me to venture very far. However, none of that can be attributed to the.hotel. And should I go back to Pavlodar, I'd have no hesitation in booking the Dvin again. The staff were very helpful and the room was a reasonable size & clean.

It is very clean, cozy, very well taken care of hotel. The stuff was excellent and would go beyond their means to help you. I didn’t expect to find such a great hotel in the small Town of Pavlodar.
