「We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome.」

「Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better.」

「Location is perfect, on a quieter side street and easy walk to most of the major sights in central Rome. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We found the beds very comfortable and the A/C was quiet and efficient. Breakfast very enjoyable. We appreciated the elevator after a long day of walking. 」

「Beautiful area and property, lack of kitchen utensils 」

「We stayed 3 nights. Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable...
