"Breakfast was amazing both mornings! Loved that it is 15 walk to Truist stadium."

"Rooms were clean and very nice. Main issue was with the location of my room specifically. I was next to the concierge lounge. No complaints about the food, it was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 6:00 am. I could hear people going in and out because the door slams shut. It was nonstop starting at 6:00 am. In addition, there was no running water in my room during the last hour or so of my stay. I was unable to shower which was also inconvenient. "

"I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at this Hilton property. Despite arriving four hours after the official check-in window began, I was informed upon arrival that the room I had already paid for was unavailable. The primary issue was the lack of communication and hospitality. My family and I were asked to wait by the front desk for approximately 30 minutes while the staff coordinated a solution, yet we were never offered an apology for the inconvenience. The indifference shown by the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. I expected the high standard of service typically associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be reconsidering my future bookings with this chain."

"Stopped to stay overnight on our travels, not far from I75. The room was clean. Staff were very friendly at the front desk. Breakfast is ready at 7, but we wanted to get on the road early so didn’t stay. Overall an ok experience. "

"This hotel is top tier! Clean, comfortable, great customer service, limited bar hours-however great drinks! Food is mediocre and a bit over priced. My family stayed for nearly 2 weeks (we sold our home)! Large rooms! "
