"A nice beach fronted property, friendly staff and clean room. However the property is need restoration, the deck around the pool has seen much better days and is soft in places. The pool itself is nice but again in need of some work, missing and loose tiles in places. The woodwork on the balcony could do with restaining."

"Great location - Jomtien beach is just across the street, great restaurant, take the Pattaya Jomtien bus from the airport, get off at the last stop and the taxi ride is short and is 100 baht, incl. a tip . "
