Really well located and great property. Everything was clean, but somehow a view ants on the kitchen surface. Great view, good internet and tv. Plenty of space, nice balcony and view. Would repeat.

The staff at Honey's have the best customer service! They make sure you have towels for the pool, if you need anything for your room or anything else you need to make your stay comfortable. The condo units are right scross from the beach and beside the mall with amazing food choices from $3-$10 u.s. wlakins st is a 2min drive or 15 min walk, tonnes of retaurants on the way. There are many condo rental companies on the main floor, but you wont them to be as accommodating as Honey's. I will always book here since its quiet and safe..

Booked for high floor ocean view room, but room was a middle floor a distance from ocean . Politely requested and got a better located room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is located next to shopping mall, and the beach is at the back of the property.

Perfect location only one key

Condo was ok and nicely presented there were some small issues but you would have to be really picky to bother about them. reception was efficient and quick but we were only given a single key when we asked we were told there was not another, went back the following day and asked to have another key and one mysteriously appeared. the pool and the building are really nice and what a perfect location for central Pattaya

Overall good experience

Overall a good experience, great view of Pattaya beach and very accessible to Central Pattaya. Clean room. Great staff who are friendly and were patient to my questions when check-in. Special kudos to the security team who helped to fix a short circuit due to faulty cable extension at midnight. My main worry was the visibly aging lift cars and I hope that the building management ensures a regular maintenance inspection if not possible to upgrade the lifts.

The property is situated in close proximity to the beach, which can be reached within a walk of 1-2 minutes by entering through the back door. It was easy to find food and to go shopping. What I did not like was the extra bed mattress, as it was too thin until I could feel the bed frame poking my chest. I wish they could have or provide better quality than just doing a sake of money.

We have stayed here many times, and have enjoyed our stays.property is in a prime location opposite the beach, and next to mall Bhat bus run in either directions on opposite sides of property. This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features. Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties issues.
