This property is aging and in need of renovation. Be aware that the traffic noise is bothersome through the night as it is located at main junction. Plus points include helpful staff. For the price I would recommend staying elsewhere.

plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, transport available, e.g. motorbike taxi, baht bus, and scooter hire, or you could even hire a car, the hotel gym was well equiped, A swimming pool would be good, that is the only downside, but if you know Pattaya Icon Place is a fabulous hotel to stay.

Pleasantly surprised and an angel as their guard

The hotel was surprisingly well kept with huge areas inside and outside hotel room. The hotel had the most friendly guard we met all over in our 1 month stay in Thailand - his greating us made us feel happy for hours.

Hotellin palvelu moitteetonta,henkilökunta ystävällinen. Miinuksena: 1)Liikenteen äänet niin voimakkaat ettei hotelli sovi missään tapauksessa herkkäuniselle. Yksinkertainen hotellihuoneen ikkuna ei estänyt suunnatonta melua, hotelli sisaitsee kovaliikenteisen kadun varrella. 2) Hotellin pääovelle pääsy aivan mahdoton, ei kulkuväylää hotellin asukkaille. Täytyi etsimällä etsiä mistä pääsee livahtamaan hotelliin sisälle. Väylän täyttivät viereisen liikkeen skootterit.

Overall a nice stay

We had a great stay. The location was very good, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Gym was excellent. There is this huge supermarket called big c extra right across the street which we thought was great, you can get almost everything there. The hotel service was pretty good, although we didn't like how little the staff in the reception could understand. Room service was great and the room was cleaned everyday. The only thing we didn't like about the room was that the aircondition was right above the bed so it was annoying to have the wind in our faces during the night.

nothing bad to say at all........excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent price....maybe a bit far from the beach if you want to walk, as the baht buses are not so easy on this street. apart from that....no complaints at all.

조용하지는 않지만 적절한 호텔

Big C가 바로 앞에 있어서 간단한 쇼핑하기에 좋았습니다. 15~20분정도 걸으면 해변이 나오는 거리입니다. 냉장고 안의 물은 프리~. 통로에 아로마 향이 나도록 해서 특이했다는 정도. 길가에 위치한 방이여서 더욱 그랬을지는 몰라도 잠잘때 조용한 편은 아닙니다.

リーズナブルで便利

一週間程滞在しました、朝食は無しですが、対面にＢｉｃＣが有りフードコートに行けば安くて美味しいです、タイ料理は 僕の口にベストマッチです（今のところ）少し南に行けばフカヒレも安く食べれます、フカヒレは中華だと思っていません（中華のフカヒレは綺麗だけど口にイマイチ）、足としてこの店の近くからソンテウに乗ればウオーキングストリートまで １０Ｂで行けます、方向がが違うなと思えばソンテウを乗りかえればいい事です、１０Ｂですから。レビューがズレテ行くので 戻しますが屋上にはトレーニングマシンも置かれています多分無料、英語表記で難しいですが、一汗流して二日酔いもすっきりです、バイクショップが下に有りフロントが分かりにくいですが、センターロードＢｉｃＣの対角の対面に有ります このスーパーを目印にすれば見つけやすいかと思います。
