Regarding the delay charge we had to make for unreported upon check out mini-bar consumption, our managers have already contacted you via email and clarified the situation. We hope you understand the necessity of the action made due to the policy. As for the wrong kind of bed you had in your room, we were surprised you didn’t inform our front desk staff about it.
