Unfortunately, Thailand is a country where there are many mosquitoes and we recommend guests keep windows and doors closed to prevent them coming inside. We also have regular pest control to try and tackle the problem. We are sorry that the neighbours disturbed you and wish you had reported this during your stay to enable us to act. Dear Guest, We are so sorry to read this review and quite surprised at your comments, we are not sure when you stayed or which room number as you left your comments anonymously. Our housekeeping staff are normally praised and we get nice comments for cleanliness, normally. However, we understand that you overlooked the details on the advertising that daily housekeeping and washing dishes is not included, these days it is normal situation in many western countries. It was available, but staff said you did not want to pay. We had to charge you for the extra keys as you requested an additional 4 keys that we did not have and we had to get them copied, which is also a security risk due to many guests losing keys frequently. Usually, people coming on holiday together, stay together, families and friends get transport together and go out together and return together, needing only 1 key. Again, the description of the villa was very clear and correct regarding the location on the map, the details of bedrooms and bathrooms. If villa advertising is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, then it is obvious that there will not be a bathroom for every bedroom. We are sorry that you misread and misunderstood our property to be 5 star hotel with all such services. Our rates are in-keeping with rates of similar properties in the area and we regret that this was not your opinion and you were upset at misinterpretation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to serve you again in the future.
