第一次前往pattaya，由於想體驗夜生活所以選定此飯店，雖然大廳看起來不怎麼樣， 但房間內乾淨舒適，房間雖說禁菸但有陽台可以在外抽菸不用跑到客廳， 地點位於步行街內，但房間隔音不錯，不會聽到戶外的吵雜聲

服務人員不太友善
這次住3夜，第一天入住2樓，完全糟糕的體驗，設施老舊不說，地板更是破的磁磚，晚上夜店吵到難睡，跟酒店人員商量換房間後，搬到4樓，4樓就完全不一樣了，乾淨舒適，一樣的價錢竟然差了那麼多，後2天住4樓我就很滿意

Nice place which nearby the walking street
I have booked the room for 4 person and there is a huge balcony but the bathroom is comparly small .The location of the hotel is excellent cause it take no more 5minutes to the walking street. The staff of hotel is helpful to deal with any problems we need.

如果不是怕喝醉了不方便回房间的话，不推荐，这是我住了三个晚上的总结，当然我没喝醉，而是不愿意浪费预定时已支付的房间费用。

這次住的房間視野不錯，可以看整個pattaya市景連海景 房間也比預期中的舒適乾淨 就是晚上因為在walking St附近 門窗緊閉還是會聽到一點聲音

Bad experience. All day construction on top of me loud. At night loud. Dirty. View of a wall and more walls out the window. Walls super thin. Hot. Smelly. Charged me for using the plastic spoons lol. Beds hard and worn out. Showers terrible. Yea pretty bad.

ウォーキングストリートのすぐ近くだが思った程騒音は気にならない。どの部屋からも海が見える。 ホテル前の道が狭くて、フロントもなんか暗いが部屋に入ると明るくてとても綺麗。ベランダに出ると気持ちいいが手すりが低いので怖い。エアコンがダイキンで温度調節も楽でした。デポジットTHB1000総合的にとても良いホテル。簡易なもので良いので朝食が食べられれば最高です。まあ近所にコンビニはあるので大丈夫でした。

The Hotel is very close to Walking Street which is a good thing, The bad thing is that you will not be able to get a night sleep as the noise is unbearable also the photos of the room doesn’t represent what the rooms look like and I didn’t get a room with ocean view

1. Tricksters. You book a Seaview room (which should face the beach, but they'll put you into a cheaper room overlooking walking street with a partial Seaview. ) 2. Except for a couple of them, the front desk staff all are scowling and unfriendly. 3. No concierge, bell boy - no one to help 4. If they change your room they want you to go down, give them the room key, housekeeping will check the room, then they'll give you the new room key - all without any help from them. 5. The music from the street below is so loud UNTIL 4 AM, the room walls reverberate from the sound, all the way to the top floor.

The staff is very well behaved, and supportive. They gave me 2 hour early check in without charge because I arrived early, and let me leave my bag there after while I was out shopping for a bit. Very reasonable and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!

I love the staff at the hotel, they are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. I am planning 2 more trips this year and plan on staying with them the next 2 trips.

The location is great, but it is quite busy until 3am. Music can be heard until 6 in the morning. Walking street, pier, circulating cabs, massages, all in close proximity, no wonder! Wi-Fi is too slow, which needs to be improved.

Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good view of the ocean. If you like the Pattaya nightlife this is a good place to stay However, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not the place to be.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is located near Walking Street so it can occasionally get noisy. The hotel was clean. There were no problems with water and air conditioning. The WIFI had some slow periods but overall was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hotel and would definitely go there again on my next visit.
