The accommodation is fine..nice pool and the check in process was easy. The pool can get a bit noisy. Excellent location.

現地管理スタッフとの連絡ができなくて、チェックインが出来ないところでした。 無理やり他社施設事務所にお願いして、他の部屋ですが入れて貰うことができました。 この別件はサービスがどうとかいうレベルではなくて、エクスぺディアが責任を持ってキッチリとした仕切り直しが必要です。

Undangömt tyst, och nära.

Lite gömda kostnader om du förlänger din vistelse åker du på kostnaden 1000Bath igen Så min kostnad extra vart, 2050b+1750 3800Bath extra för 11Dagar. Måste dock säga att jag gillar stället, närheten till allt, tyst lungt kan tänka mig åka hitt fler gånger -inget ställe för en frukost. Men det funkar ändå så på det stora hela bra.

Great location close to Soi Boukhou, massages, restaurants and bars. The room had a great view overlooking the Areca pool area. The Centara Avenue Residence has a wonderful pool area. The only downfall was that the WIFI kept cutting out late afternoon then into the night. It worked OK if you stood next to the front door only.

差，失望，無下次

入住前要與業主先聯絡，但聯絡方法極度困難，你不能用expedia上那個(發信息給業主)的方法來聯絡，而係你一定要有當地電話，用sms來溝通，所以你電話內一定要有$，(2)給你的房間內洗澡竟然沒有熱水，大窗沒有窗簾，好啦，又要sms給業主安排換房，換左房後熱水器時冷時熱，浴室地台嚴重水塞，給予的房間又不是我原來訂的向池景及大房...唉，極度失望

Long length pool water slides! Everything close By

Best pool going around. Close to everything , Pattaya Avenue Plaza 200 Metres away ,Movies theaters,bowling alley's ,Supermarket . 7/11,massages,Bars,eating places 100 Metres down the road.. Appartments do share the pool with Azure hotel that is part of the complex also not as quiet you might think but not bad.. I would recommend this place for families being close to everything.but there is alot of girly bars only a block over also.

Ikke en god oplevelse

Vi boede i en lejlighed,og min datter skulle også bo i en lejlighed magen til, den var ikke klar før 2 dage efter, vi fik så lov til først at låne en anden lejlighed, noget mindre og da vi klagede fik vi en lejlighed magen til.Der var ingen rengøring i de 9 overnatninger vi var der,og vi fik at vide( på sidste dag) at vi kunne have tilkøbt det. Vandhanen ( i begge lejligheder)hang og dinglede, da vi påtalte det, fik vi at vide at sådan var det alle steder her. Vi måtte ikke gå igennem hotelkomplekset når vi skulle ind til lejlighederne, så vi måtte gå igennem en smøge om aftenen. Vi skulle betale THB 1000 cleaning fee p/lejlighed,+THB 150 p/nat p/lejlighed , så vi skulle af med THB 4700 ekstra. ALT I ALT EN DÅRLIG OPLEVELSE Jan Heidemann

Ridiculous additional fee

It was great to stay in but, don’t understand extra charge for housekeeping fee and utility bills. It costed almost similar to accommodation fee. This was ridiculous indeed.

Nice place and location but very poor service

Poor service, gave wrong room. Change room that wasn’t ready and sliding door didn’t lock. Request to change room because sliding door wouldn’t lock ( worried about safety) and service lady would not return my calls or texts. All the appliances were fairly good but no directions on how to use them. Keyless door was hard to use and made constant music and talked.
