酒店在海滩边上,比价偏僻,不好打车,适合一个人的孤单旅行.喜欢热闹的还是选择芭堤雅中部的酒店吧. 整体设施很新, 服务非常好.泳池挺漂亮. 酒店定位应该主要针对团体旅客. 我住的几天全部都是中国来的旅行团. 早餐时间散客的餐厅就我一个人... 这也是唯一的不足..

Five stars on everything and everyone from front desk to house cleaning, to restaurant and its personnel. Only downside was the concierge - he lacked basic info he should have known. Wasn’t a miscommunication problem, my GF is Thai. Also, we were there right after the Corona Virus hit, so almost no Chinese. A local Thai told us typically many Chinese stay there. Given the large number of Chinese typically in Thailand, I don’t know if that is out of the norm. With so many scrubby Western backpackers and old beer bellies in Jomtien, maybe the westerners hit the cheap places.

After returning from dinner, i had to wait for long lines of tourist using two elevators. Decided to take the stairs up to my room on the tenth floor. Definitely got my workout in.

中国からの団体客が非常に多いホテルです
まだ新しくきれいなホテルですが、どちらかというと高級というよりカジュアルな感じ。sea viewの部屋の眺望はとてもよいです。宿泊客の大半は中国からの団体客です。個人予約客とは、フロアー、食事会場は分けられていますが、ロビー、エレベーター、プールはいっしょになります。濡れた水着姿の方とロビーやエレベータでいっしょになります。個人的な感想として、プールは時間帯によっては近寄り難かったです。

Amazing Seaview, very convenient location, Super Comfort Room, Best Service - I just could not give this hotel less than 5 stars! The room was well cleaned on daily basis. The pool was great, breakfast was great, service was great. There is also many parking slot so having car is not a problem at all. There are 2-3 mini supermarkets so you can easily walk to buy personal stuffs! Another thing is that they also have a FREE MINIBAR when you booked with Expedia! love everything.

Beautiful property
The property is beautiful, the service excellent and the location very central. The only issue was the sometimes spotty WIFI, which the staff were trying desperately to fix for us. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

Wir sind sehr entäuscht vom Aufenthalt, Hotel und Personal. Zuerst wurden wir in ein sehr kleines Zimmer einquartiert, was nicht dem entsprochen hat, was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt, wo entweder jeweils das falsche geliefert wurde, das Essen kalt war oder nicht geschmeckt hat. Auch musste man ca. 3 Mal anrufen, damit überhaupt jemand vorbeikam, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nach Reklmation beim Manager konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, es wurden uns keine neuen Handtücher bereitgestellt und WC Papier wurde regelmässig vergessen aufzufüllen. Das Personal war auch sehr unfreundlich, viele Mitarbeitende konnten kein Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation fast unmöglich war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr spärlich, nicht mal die Kaffeebestellung wurde richtig aufgenommen. Entspricht schlichtweg nicht dem Standart eines 5 Sterne Hotels! Wir haben uns ein neues Hotel gesucht und haben den Aufenthalt frühzeitig abgebrochen. Natürlich hat man uns beim Auschecken mitgeteilt: „Sorry, no refund“. Ein Handy, welches wir vergessen hatten einzupacken, war angeblich nicht mehr auffindbar. Wir haben das Handy dann über die „find my phone“ App orten lassen und es ist definitiv noch in dem Hotel... Na ja, lasst mal bitte schön die Hände von diesem Hotel. Sowas geht gar nicht und ist das Geld nicht wert. Im Urlaub würde ich mich gern entspannen und mich nicht jeden Tag über Banalitäten aufregen müssen.

Exceptional stay
Absolutely can't fault this hotel at all, exceptional. Service fantastic and breakfast spread best I've ever seen (and I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years!!) One and only downside is someone should have a word with the screaming and shouting Chinese kids who decide to use the pool at 7am... should be a curfew until 9am (or, as I say someone should just have a word) - other than that, outstanding and highly recommended

Nice new hotel behind the beach
The Hotel is brand new and right behind the beach. The Hotel image is same as the oicture ion Website. Hotel location is super convenience and the facilities are quite good. The breakfast is really good. But the Front desk staff do not speak English well.

This hotel almost client have chinese group tour. They have a good manange except break fast line. The staff ignor to attendtion for this. The food are running out without fullfill and setting these look beautiful. It LOOKLIIKE LEFT from the other guest. It look worst you can see 1 piece of sliced ham. Feel bad! The staff donot care. So it should be good for select room only, Not pay for breakfast here. You can walkout to eat the other
