「clean」

「This has been my best hotel experience in MS so far. I thought the hotel was new when I walked in because the lobby not only smelled clean, it was! Sometimes places just douse bleach around to give the impression of being clean. Not this place. When I asked the helpful and friendly front desk attendant how long the hotel had been open, he said, “It’s about 20 years old, we just take pride in maintaining it.” The room was a bit “dated” in color scheme; however, it was quiet and truly clean. There...

「Enjoyed my stay.」

「very good」

「Everything was good, they just didn’t give me the room I paid for」

「Hotel room was clean and spacious with a couch and coffee table. Hallways and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. Front desk lady who checked us in was nice. Other front desk staff were not so pleasant. When we were checking out front desk lady was yelling at someone who was trying to come in through one of the back or side doors. We don’t know who the person was or if they were a customer, however she was yelling and unprofessional in front of customers who were nearby.」

「The property was clean, staff helpful, parking was great.」

「Vvb」

「The sheets in our room were nasty and when we alerted the front desk the lady on duty did not apologize or anything she brought us new bedding and said we would have to change the bedding. She just brought it to us. The sheets had what appeared to be blood on them」

「Everything was affordable and perfect」

「Did not have the couch in my room. No breakfast. Someone was sleep at the front desk. Good location but could use a few upgrades.」
