I rented 2 rooms, and was placed on the 5th floor. The air conditioning in both rooms couldn't keep the rooms cool. Most of the night the room was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

Usufruindo do conforto do Nord Easy Patos

A recepcionista me recebeu de forma atenciosa e cordial e o chekin ocorreu rápido. O quarto estava com arrumação impecável e o banheiro limpo e com toalhas e tapetes higienizados. À noite pude ter um sono reparador em uma cama confortável. Daqui a instantes descerei para o café matinal que certamente estará magnífico.

Eu já conheço o hotel, já estive várias vezes e nas outras fui muito bem atendida, mas nessa última o funcionário foi super chato e arrogante, infelizmente. Isso me faz repensar se devo voltar ao lugar. Cheguei de madrugada de viagem e fui recebida de forma grosseira.

Hotel bastante novo, confortável, bom café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos. Entretanto, Wi-Fi praticamente não funcionou e as toalhas de péssima qualidade, que não condiz com a rede e muito menos com o preço da hospedagem
