The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay there. However they need to update their expedia site to indicate that there was no airport shuttle service provided. Also we were given the wrong room upon check-in.

The worst people I met in Phuket.three ladies work there.one of them is really good but she tried to call a friend to pay her a lot of money to go you in the airport.the sister of her lady is the worst person I met in Phuket I don’t know why she live in this world is is a person with no personality very rude and bad person she don’t care for nothing.the other lady she just clean the rooms.they don’t clean you the room every day and the WiFi is not working well.but the sister of the lady she tried to call us a taxi is a person with nothing she is nothing she is 0

Blir nok dessverre ikke å bo her for fremtiden

Safen på rommet var i uorden og kommunikasjonen med resepsjonen var desverre ikke optimalt. Fikk en nøkkel istedenfor til å låse etter 35 timer. Badet var ikke tilfredsstillende etter 3 stjerners hotell standard. Dårlig med såpe. Ellers var jo betjeningen hyggelig og snill, men tildeles vanskelig og få kontakt med. Jeg er noe usikker på om dette kvalifiserer til å være et 3 stjerners hotell. Jeg har mine betenkeligheter angående nettopp dette...Jeg mener et svømmebasseng isolert sett ikke er ensbetydende med en ekstra stjerne på et hotell, men det er nå lin mening...

Hotel experience was not so good!!!

The hotel was amazing. However, the receptionist was rude to us from the very first day and at the end of our stay, she charged 300 Baht for 3 rooms without giving us any hint earlier. She also threw comments based on our nationality. Swimming pool was broken and could hurt anybody. Otherwise, room service was good and the place was safe.

Kaksi yötä oltiin. Alue ei miellyttänyt. Tosi likaista ja meluisaa. Huone onneksi hotellin perällä joten meteli ei juurikaan huoneeseen kuulunut. Äänieristystä huoneissa ei ollut mut vähän väkeä sattui olemaan tuolloin. Erittäin mukava rouva respassa. Siivottiin joka pvä huone. Allas pirni ja syvä. Ei juuri aurinko altaalle paistanut.

Cozy. Walking distance to Patong beach and Bangla road, approximately 1.7 km each. Abundance of halal food for muslim travellers. You will not repeat the same restaurant twice as there are so many choices around. You don't need to do a research for food prior to your stay. As for room, there is balcony. I guess smoking is possible at the balcony since there is ash tray provided. Spacious room. There is cute swimming pool for a dip. I would say grab and taxi fare price is more expensive given that it is an island. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Très bien pour ce prix

L'établissement est loin de l'aéroport (une bonne heure de taxi) mais ensuite assez bien situé, proche de la plage notamment. Plusieurs bureaux de change et locations de scooters à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Personnel serviable, chambres propres, donc globalement une bonne expérience.

Ik ben er trouwens nog steeds, heb het verblijf met vier dagen verlengd. Op zich een goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding (700 Bath per dag) maar de straat waarvan het hotel op een paar meter afstand staat, is enorm druk. Vooral het lawaai van het verkeer kan als storend worden ervaren.

Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, molto pulito e arredato con tutto il necessario. Ci sono poche prese di corrente e molte sono rotte. La reception è aperta solo dalle 7 di mattina alle 7 di sera. La struttura è vicino una scuola e di mattina alle 8:00 c’e il vigile che fa attraversare i bambini la strada che fischia per mezz’ora di seguito svegliandoci puntualmente. È molto distante dal centro e dalla spiaggia ma ha disponibile sotto un parcheggio per mettere i motorini noleggiati che risulta molto comodo.

It was quite a pleasant stay at Andaman's House. Please ensure that you instruct the driver that the location is at Patong, or you will end up in a secluded area (we followed grab which was the wrong location). The location is slightly busy, but it is always like that in Patong. Good aircon and the service is superb. However, only a seven-eleven nearby, so be prepared to walk or cab for cheap groceries.Truly enjoyed the stay!

A calming respite on a busy street.

Staying at the Andaman house was a comfortable experience. For the price, you cannot beat the stay. The staff was kind and trustworthy. There were a few minor issues with the room, such as a clogged drain in the shower and some stains on the sheets, but when you remember that you are paying so little it shouldn't matter. The noise of the traffic outside in the mornings and evenings was quite loud, but remember you are on vacation and go do something. There are a few good restaurants immediately nearby, if you are able to cross the street. Lastly, the hotel pool is perfect if the walk to the beach is too far or the excursions too expensive. Let Andamn House be your destination if you want an affordable stay, just don't complain like a child when you get your money's worth.

Super hotel , grande chambre , bon bacon , rapport qualité prix excellent , je voulais pas donnez mon avis pour le garder pour moi , isoler de patong , idéal quand on fait des excursions ont est les derniers à monter dans les navettes et les premiers deservies , le scooter est indispensable , 3 semaines très agréables très calme , sauf le matin un peu bruyant tout dépend de quel coter vous êtes situte , la piscine est toute petite , mais le pays est trop beau pour y rester

overnight stop

We only had an overnight at this hotel, as we arrived late into a very hectic unorganised Phuket airport. It took longer to get a cab than the ride itself, which is approx 40min. The lady was helpful with any questions and was quick to find our booking and room. Breakfast is a small fee, if you like or there is a great restuarant next door that is open very late.overall yes it is a 3star, built probably in the 70's, but rooms are clean, bed is comfy, decor is daggy, but homely.A little fare out from the action of patong.Excellent value for a few hours.

Gutes Hotel

Hotel war nett und gemütlich. Liegt aber direkt an der Hauptstraße. Man hat aber nicht viel gehört. Personal war freundlich. Zum Strand 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants Supermärkte Shops alles im 1- 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
