Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year.

the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement.

The hotel is so hyped but dies not even qualify for a one star..I never managed to connect to their wifi, there was some wedding in the evening and it was so noisy...

Hotel was decent considering that there aren't many better options available in that city. All rooms are smoking that makes the rooms stinky specially the ones with the carpet. Lobby staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Given the newer hotels are with so much nicer facilities, this was a let down for the rating and price.
