"We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. It's a awesome hotel with first-class facilities and services.
The staff were very friendly and nice, they came to pick us up from Pune airport with a short notice and no extra charges for it. It was a grand welcome with fresh coconut water followed by a family picture and this family picture was printed on a coffee mug which was gifted during checkout.
Room was very spacious, neat and cleaan and was very comfortable for four of us which included me, my wife and two young kids. Room had a train station view with a background of Banear town's hills and it was very beautiful while it was raining and we also saw 4-6 parrots hanging around near the window and it was very pleasant to see them everyday in the morning.
Morning breakfast buffet was a grand buffet to choose from a wide range of items starting with fresh Juices, fruits, bakery, south Indian, north Indian and western breakfast. Staff was very helpful and was bringing juices & other food items to your table. Also, on our last day at the hotel, staff arrange a big chocolate egg to break with a small wooden hammer and it was fun experience and we had family pic with the staff too. Great hospitality!
Special thanks to Sumeet, Akanksha Singh, Harshal, Nagraj, and Noor for proving a exceptional service during the breakfast time and Dagdu Gori for helping us recover my daughter's necklace which was lost in the swimming pool."
"Hotel staff is really amazing. Late check out and late check in were managed by hotel staff with ease. Property is clean and well maintained. Convenient location from the airport."
"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done.
Overall a great experience but this could be improved.
Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000.
Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "
