"There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay. "

"Hotel, location, staff. Everything about our stay was perfect. Would not hesitate to return!"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Schöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf Meran. Wellnessbereich ist sehr modern und angenehm. "

"This property we have visited 4 years in a row and will keep doing so the only thing that needs improving the meal service at night is slow which lead to a few people leaving but this i think was mainly due to new staff "

"Beautiful and kind staff"

"Spacious room and great staff"

"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location! Beautiful river just steps away and very convenient to shopping, hiking, and the pools."
