"charming and located in a central area to wineries. I chose to stay in a smaller inn to support local business. The place was empty when we arrived at 2pm for check in between tastings. We were told by the front desk our room wasn't ready until 3pm and offered us a pool key to use the restroom. We said no problem we'd come back after our day tasting local wine. Front desk staff was nice when we can back in the evening and checked in again. Design flaw is that they have a double panel of curtains but the black out only cover the sides of the window and not the center. We had bright light coming into our room all night. It looked like day time. It was difficult to get rest. Additionally I was nervous people could see inside since we could see outside. Morning of check out I get a knock at the door 10 min. Before 11am.I let them know we are still in the room and will be leaving shortly. We were running 10 mins. Behind schedule due to the time change. At 11:05am I get a call to the room following up on our eta to leave the property. I share we are running 10 mins. Behind and will be leaving in 5 mins. Which we do. On our way out we make eye contact with a staff member of the hotel. 10 minutes later I get another call on my cell phone from the staff asking when we plan on leaving. I let them know we've already left the property and I was being sincere when I said we just needed 10 minutes. I've never experienced this before and would never go back. "

"Breakfast is really just coffee and a few basic items available. For what we paid for one night, I guess I expected more. Booked/paid online then they charged me more when I arrived with my dog, which felt petty. Very cute aesthetics however just a renovated motel on a busy street. "

"We recently stayed on 3/5 & 3/6/26 after we left I received an email stating that we had been charged a $250 fee for apparently the cleaning lady finding evidence of smoking in the the bathroom. My wife and I don’t even smoke. When I called the hotel back and spoke with the manager, and I explained to him that we do not even smoke and not sure what they were talking about. The manager refused to take the charge off and hung up on me. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced in my travel experiences. I will definitely be calling the corporate to file a formal complaint. "
