「Staff was very courteous and helpful This place has potential. It is a bit out of the way, but provided excellent views because of its location on a hill. We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they were open when we arrived. We’d stay there again if we are back in Kandy. 」

「The hotel appeared to be a house located down several back streets off the main road in Kandy. When we arrived the staff member had no knowledge of our booking; we ended up staying elsewhere.」
