"We stayed at the hotel before leaving for a cruise out of the Port of Baltimore. The hotel was beautiful, and the location was great. Our only concern was the neighborhood We honestly did not feel safe walking around after dark. We were approached for money many times and there was what appeared to be a gang fight outside of our window in the middle of the night. The hotel did have great security but definitely would not return to that location."

"No microwave in the room. No creamer for coffee at the breakfast they provide. I got stuck in the elevator for about 40 minutes. None of the emergency phones or equipment in the elevator were working."
