"I checked in early and was prepared to pay a half day extra fare for checking in early. The hotel had availability and I needed privacy for an important business call. Instead of charging me a half day extra, the staff charged me for an additional full day at the highest rate possible. I accepted because I had no choice. But I will not return to Swissotel again. Nor will anyone from my organizations. I am the CEO of my company and sit on several boards. We travel to Quito often. But not to your hotel anymore."
