"I live in Miami and I’m familiar with the older model motels that used to be on Miami Beach. That’s what this reminded me of. It’s an older style motel but very very well kept. The pool area is beautiful. It was nice that there was a little microwave in refrigerator in the room, I regret my coffee maker not working in my room, but they do have coffee in the lobby. Went to my granddaughter’s gymnastics competition and was perfect for a quick getaway."

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there and I kept having to go back through the line because it was already after 4pm. Finally at 4:30 she got us a room. Then they’re knocking on door at 10:45am to clean it asking when we’re leaving. For $400+ dollars, it be nice to have a room for the correct length of time."

"Our family booked a girls weekend including five room reservations. Two days before our check in, my bank account was charged (By Sky Beach Resort three times) two for the same amount, then a third for a separate amount. Mind you none of these three charges matched the total on my Expedia receipt of purchase. Due to this unusual activity, my bank flagged the charges as suspicious & froze my debit card. Had I been only charged the amount on my Expedia receipt, the payment would have gone through flawlessly, as the money was in my account to cover the costs. Due to this situation, when it came time to check in, the staff tried to tell me my room I had reserved was no longer available, & I would not be able to get a new one. After having to show proof of the fact it was indeed The Resorts mess up, I was given a room exactly like mine that minutes before was "unavailable." I was charged full price in which I ended up having to pay a relative in cash to use their credit card to pay for the room. The whole situation was stressful & unnecessary. We should have received an apology for the three wrongful charges instead of confrontation & blame put on us for the resorts mistake. This all begin said. After all of the hassle, our family & friends did enjoy our weekend. The beach beautiful, food tasty, pool relaxing, & rooms nice & clean. We were considering booking another girls weekend, but now are unsure due to the billing complications. I hope billing fixes the problem for future."

"Second time here! Room was clean, replacement items were quick to receive. Room was able to hold temperature well. All amenities were utilized and nice. We spent a large majority of our time on the beach and found literally dozens of sand dollars. We went swimming in the pool and utilized the fishing poles to catch some fish -- caught 2 fish and saw a manatee!"

"You can’t see the beach from the property The tikki lounge was nice but there wasn’t any where to sit out side your room and the rooms were clean but tiny It was very hot in rooms The beach was beautiful "
