"The listing includes soundproofing, rainfall shower head, premium bedding and certain kitchen appliances, and none of those were true. I’m not sure the sheets were even clean when I got there and the units are definitely not even close to soundproof. The location was decent. "

"Hotel Luciano K was absolutely perfect. The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, two working elevators, great linens and pillows plus washcloths!! Also the rooftop bar and restaurant was a fun retreat where we were given two delicious pisco sours by the manager. We could walk to just about everything!"

"Loved our stay at NH Santiago! The hotel in centrally located and very close to public transit . The rooms are very spacious and clean. Buffet was assorted with various foods. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a pool although listing states it has one. It has a Jacuzzi instead which needs to be reserved but is private. Would definitely recommend. "

We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time! "
