"Breakfast was fantastic. Did not have a chance to spend any time at the SPA. Thoroughly fantastic experience. Check in staff were outstanding. The young man that helped us has the potential to be a manager of a tier one property. "

The woman at the front desk in the evening was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the parma ham and cheese making tour while you are here. The tour was a highlight of our trip "

"The bathroom was not very private (just a glass door where you can look through the hinges) but very clean. The hotel is a long walk from the city center but there was a few options for public transportation. The bruch was very good, with a lot of options and the service was impeccable."
