"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! "Chambre propre et serviettes changées à tous les jours. Bien situé et nous avons pu avoir un espace de parking pour les 3 jours de notre séjour. Petit-déjeuner avec choix variés, vraiment très bien. Nous avons apprécié nos dîners au Restaurant 129e, prix abordables et plats délicieux avec un excellent service. Je recommande !"

"We had a nice stay overall. The place is very well located. However, one last incident left a negative impression. I returned to my room at 11:50 a.m., just 10 minutes before checkout, to quickly collect my luggage and rush to the train station. To my surprise, my key card no longer worked. I went to the front desk, where I was initially told that I had already checked out. I explained that I had not and that I was in a hurry. The receptionist reactivated my card, but when I returned to the room, it still did not work. I had to run back to the reception again. When I explained my frustration and the urgency of the situation, the receptionist’s response was not particularly helpful and seemed dismissive, saying that “it is not my fault.” This was not the level of hospitality I expected. Eventually, another employee came upstairs with me and opened the door, allowing me to retrieve my luggage and catch my train. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled by the front desk staff was disappointing."

"Hotels.com said that reception closed at 20.00 but it closed at 19.00! Fortunately we arrived at the same time as some other late arrivals who phoned someone and found their room card under the outside ash tray....ours was there too. Unfortunately the details were incorrect so it took us ( and several friendly people) a long time to find our room. The whole site was almost empty and only just starting for the season. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we met the receptionist the following morning she was very apologetic. We feel that better information about the Adonis should be provided. "
