Best in Pärnu

Amazing hotel and staff and breakfast and dinner and drinks. Location was also great. Spa is small, but still ok and fun enough to relax. Will stay here again and def can recommend to anyone.

Close to Pärnu beach as

GPS took us to Hedon Spa not Hotel reception and we had difficult time to find reception. Young woman at reception was very dismissive when we asked for a trolley to take belongings to 3rd floor. I am on crutches. Dinner at Raimond Restoran was great and waitress Anastasia was excellent.we enjoyed a fish platter

2 days in Pärnu

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained. However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience. That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time.

Beautiful hotel ; excellent restaurant Raimond - truly a Michelin star level- nice spa - easy access to the beach and town center. Only one negative point, not relevant to the hotel though : teenagers playing/wasting time noisily with their motorcycles next to the hotel parking.

Nice hotel - recommended

Great stay. Nice hotel, good breakfast, good food at the Akord restaurant. Nice and spacious room, comfy beds. Nothing to complain. We used the spa entrance as well. The outside pool I shallow and not for swim, just relax. Inside spa there is one decent bubble pool, couple of saunas. If you want some treatments in the spa, you have to pre order in advance otherwise you will not get any appointment. We will definitely visit again.

Nice stay at the hotel. Spacious room with the view. The sea view brings “beach noise” FYI. We did some spa treatments that was very nice. We did silent spa as well, but I would not do that again though. The spa area is open for guests anyways. There were too many kids in there this time (last year it was more chill) , so the screams were too loud for us. Probably wrong time of the day as well. Ok hotel gym if you want to exercise during your stay.

Great hotel - make sure to do the spa!

Went in winter, so didn't get to experience the beach, but had a lovely evening celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. Our main reason for going was for the spa. I love that they let you wear the robes and slippers from the room to and from the spa...and the silent spa experience with the different saunas and Jacuzzis was great (but wish they had one with hot water). Make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it all / don't rush that part. And of course, the bar within the spa area was genius. The massage itself wasn't great - very average - but we still enjoyed the experience. Before bed, we went down to the bar and had a drink and snack - trendy, upscale feel to it. Easy parking, clean, cute rooms, great breakfast with a lot to pick from.

Great facilities, but horrible service. Every time I stay there I tell myself "last time" and then give it one more chance and next stay is worse than the previous. Within 2 days and 2h in the spa no service was available there - no bar, no chance to purchase additional spa services. The rooms have such bad walls that at 6am Sunday morning we heard a German lady yelling at her kid and the kid crying - it sounded like they were in our bathroom...
