Terrible!!! Horrible!! La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida… hotel sucio, hasta ranas en el baño, millones de mosquitos, paredes que necesitan pintar, baños con los azulejos súper sucios.. cama incómoda, aires acondicionados que suenan como locomotoras… nunca volvería ni aunque me lo regalaran. Hotel súper sucio… y caro!! Necesita una reforma urgente!! O que lo cierren

O quarto é perfeito. Boa dormida, quarto e banheiro bem amplos, limpos e cheirosos, com varanda. Os funcionários são gentis, café da manhã ok. O hotel tem grande potencial para ser o melhor da região, mas deixa a desejar na área externa. Poderia ter maior manutenção e limpeza. Como passei a maior parte da estadia em passeio não me incomodou. Se for apenas para dormida e café da manhã tudo bem, mas para "aproveitar o hotel" não recomendo.

Um hotel muito bonito se fosse melhor cuidado. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, quando precisamos de auxilio para mudar de quarto foram muito prestativos, quarto confortável mas acredito que por ficar muito fechado, cheirava mofo, cafe da manha uma delicia, mas tivemos um inconveniente com hospedes do quarto ao lado que eram muito barulhentos e sem nocao mesmo.

O hotel é bem organizado, no período em que estive hospedado estava inclusive passando por uma reforma. Possui um deck com uma vista muito linda para o Rio, além de uma ótima piscina nessa parte. O quarto em si é confortável. O único ponto de atendia é que algumas partes do hotel já mostram que precisam de uma manutenção, como é possível ver através da ferrugem em alguns pontos, mas no geral é o ótimo hotel, ficando próximo a muita coisa!

Bom e confortavel apto; café da manhã poderia ter manteiga e não margarina. Minha escolha por este hotel foi por ter piscina. Ele dispõe de 4 piscinas..... todas impraticaveis, ambiente abandonado. Não deu coragem de entrar em nenhuma delas. Pessoal super simpático e atencioso.

O resort possui espaço excelente, o ambiente é lindo, apesar de não possuir a manutenção devida. Algumas instalações precisam de revitalização. Pelo preço, acredito que o verde poderia estar mais verde, sendo portanto, melhor cuidado. Os quartos são espaçosos, aconchegantes. Pelo valor cobrado e pela quantidade de alternativas de lazer, penso que compensa. Mas, enfatizo a necessidade de revitalização de um ambiente tão bonito. Café da manhã bem serviço e o atendimento foi excelente, funcionário cordiais e prestativos. Possui uma área linda de frente para o rio Parnaíba, com piscinas e lugares para descanso, área esta que poderia ser melhor aproveitada, fica uma dica para o proprietário, pq não fazer algum evento? Ou até mesmo disponibilizar na área a venda de bebidas e comida.
