「Staff was amazing throughout the stay and the room was impeccable. We loved the suite, the finishes, and the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Cocktail bar downstairs is underrated, not sure why it seemed empty because the bartender was a master and their gin selection was very impressive. Breakfast in the morning was also well worth it, the chef was very attentive and her food was delicious. We 100% plan to return and would highly recommend booking the suite for your stay. 」

「I was suffered from insect bite in a room. My body got red mark & itichy
Although they changed room for me they did not responsible for any doctor consultant fee.
This is very disappointed At the end when I checked out ,they deduct that night room rate for me. However, I was got hurt. I still feel uncomfortable because the mark still exist and am afraid it will leave tmy body/face for long....」

「Great location for visiting Bordeaux city center. The hotel is just the opposite of the beautiful opera.
Staff is very kind and helpful to share me much guides in public transportation and other information.
Room is clean and tidy though the bathroom is quite small.
One point is worth of noting. The check in is in another hotel name nearby.」
