"I was ready to give this a 5 star review until I saw the charge for parking. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast buffet outstanding. Service everywhere was top notch. Pool, sauna and work out room perfection. Beds were very comfortable, even comfortable pillows. Great location for all things theater district has to offer and minutes from the Boston Gardens. Room had everything we needed. There are even discounts in the lovely restaurant for dinner which we enjoyed. But beware of parking charges. I sprung for valet parking as this was a 16th birthday trip for my daughter. I thought the $65 was high, but ASSUMED that covered overnight parking fee as well. But I assumed wrong. I was charged $100 for parking. Buyer beware, I should have asked. You would think with all of the discounts the hotel gives, including for Macy’s, they could work out a deal with the parking garage next door?oh well. Still would go back to stay in a heartbeat!"

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Perfect position for exploring downtown Boston. Immaculately clean and comfortable stay. All staff I met were pleasant, friendly and helpful. After a long day out sightseeing it was so lovely to come back to peace and quiet. Can't wait to stay again."

"Great place to stay in the theater district. I stayed for 3 nights. My only complaint is there is barely any storage for your clothes but I made it work. All Hotel staff were nice and helpful. This hotel is Conveniently located. Boston garden, Boston Common, Newbury Street and Trolly rides are all within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The hotel has a bar/ restaurant and they give you a $35 coupon for the bar / restaurant each day you are there. This was a nice surprise. I used my coupons daily for breakfast and some snacks. I will definitely book this hotel every time I visit Boston."

"Unfortunately we were woken up by the noise outside (construction being done at 4am in the building next door). However we appreciated the access to the Equinox gym which was a great perk. Clean and spacious room. I appreciated that there was a magnified face mirror in the bathroom. Shower/bathtub could be updated. No telephone directory listed to call Housekeeping directly. There were no slippers in the room which would be nice to have available. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice instead of having to go out to get some."
