「Staff was amazing. We arrived early from our cruise, but they made sure we were comfortable as we waited in the lobby (just in time for free breakfast) and they held our luggage in the back! Our room was ready early too :)」

「The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」

「Estuvimos dos noches en el hotel y nos gustó mucho, todo muy limpio lo mismo dentro de la habitación que en la piscina, la atención excelente, la playa super serca del hotel es solo cruzar la calle, está ubicado céntrico, una experiencia satisfactoria la esatacia, lo volvería a repetir!!!」
