「Schönes Hotel/Anlage, gut zum entspannen 」

「The hotel is new; so everything is new and clean. Room was large, but missing a safe box and a mini-frig (our friends' rooms had them). We had to request for them and the hotel provide a mini frig the next day, but no safe box :( No light directly above the dressing mirror in the room, separately from the bathroom (need more light in the bathroom/shower also).」

「All the staff was amazing. The front desk and the restaurant personell were fantastic. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond. All staff should be recognized but in particular, a big shout out to Patricia, Bruno, Hugo, Paolo, Pedro and Flavia. This is just to name a few. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great accommodations.」
