「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available.
I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

「The hotel is located at a quiet area about 25-minutes walk distance from the bus station and center with beautiful sea view. The room and bedding are comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. The spa center is small. The breakfast coffee is good but the food is not very tasty. The receptionists are not enthusiastic.」

「Tolles modernes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, es riecht gut.
Wellnessbereich ist schön, groß.
Man muss allerdings zu den Zimmern ein paar Treppen gehen was natürlich störend mit Koffern ist. Und ein paar mehr Haken im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreich. 」

「Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen. Zimmer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas klein, aber trotzdem alles da. Großes Lob an das gesamte Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht. Beim Hotel sehr eng und man muss den Schlüssel abgeben, damit die anderen Autos ausparken können... .」

「The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel.
Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. With temperatures reaching 33 degrees, this was quite disappointing for families travelling with kids.
