Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking

busyStayed here for early airport departure. Great decision. The shuttle starts at 6am, but we had to be there at 430. Front desk arranged for car service, which was prompt, friendly, and on time. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and although busy, our room was very quiet. Thank you.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

The property was average. The room had two bathrooms which was handy travelling with a family. Access to restaurants was tricky, but it was walking distance to a mall. We chose this property due to the pool/hot tub and airport shuttle, however we were not expecting that both were ammenities with cost! I found that the front desk staff were not very pleasant and seemed annoyed by questions.

We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
