The place was very convenient and cozy. Had two bedrooms and the balcony view was amazing. There wasn't enough amenities such as shower gel. However there was a good amount of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The building was very secure and had several access codes to enter.

The location/neighborhood is good. However, the room was horribly humid and it was not possible to have the windows open as small bugs/gnats flew in. Also, the ceiling fan could NOT be turned on for cooling without the overhead light being on which made it impossible to run while sleeping and thus the room too hot/humid! The sound of the Paris metro rumble is constant. The worst thing is there is no elevator to the #26, 27, or 28 rooms so one has to carry their luggage up 2 small and narrow flights of steep steps to those rooms. Lighting is poor in the many hallways leading up to those remote rooms.

The property is very complicated to get into. Also check-in is at 3PM, I showed up at 6PM in my room still was being cleaned. So be prepared to not have your room ready.

It was very small, no a/c, fans didn’t work for 2 days because no one came to fix them, the wallpaper had stains on it, and the hallway outside our room has toilet paper as storage.

Para acceder a la habilitación debía subir muchas escaleras, el piso de la habitación estaba en obras y la habitación olía fatal… la cama fue una pesadilla al oler a humedad y sinceramente use las toallas sobre la cama para dormir… lo único a favor es la ubicación

A fuir !

Mauvaise indication pour trouver le lieu, le service client n’a jamais répondu à mes appels. Il n’y a pas de rideaux ou de volet pour occulter la lumière, la toilettes étaient sales et les draps sentaient le linge mal séché. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
