Most of all, the staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel itself was quaint; not a modern place, room was a little bit small but we were happy nonetheless:) very clean. A little less than a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants/cafes in walking distance. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel location is nice. Breakfast is ok but it’s the same everyday. The hard part is the elevator. If you have big and heavy luggages make sure you are ready to carry them. The elevator is situated in the middle of the staircase. The staircase is spiral and narrow. And the elevator only stop on even numbers. I don’t recommend if you have lots and heavy luggages. Overall it is ok. But may want to check other hotels.

Great property! We had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also called a driver for us to get to the airport. Wonderful French breakfast for free. Would stay again!

This was such a amazing experience, the breakfast was my favorite part, there staff are very attentive, even when it came down to the last day we didn't go downstairs to eat and they called us reminding us that the breakfast was finishing. The rooms are super cute but small for my taste. They do go and clean everyday change towels and take out the garbage you have inside. Overall I give them a 7 out of 10.

Good hotel for the money
Hotel was great, and in a great location. Very close to a metro stop. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was very weak and kept changing temperatures.

This hotel is a great location and the breakfast was excellent however the.rooms are small and when staff come on to clean they only made the beds. They didn’t replace used coffee cups, clean the sink etc. when we arrived there was garage in the closet from the previous guest. No face clothes no tissues. When asked for shampoo I was told to use the body wash.

Such a great location, minutes to the Eiffel tower, the Seine, great sidewalk cafe's, and a Metro station just a few minutes away. Front desk people were super friendly, and the neighborhood seemed really safe and quiet.

We only stayed 4 nights, but the location was great, and the staff were very helpful. Good continental breakfast! If you don't want someplace fancy, I highly recommend the Splendid hotel!

We were greeted by the very friendly Nicole. She was cheery and helpful and kind. :) She gave us great advice about how to navigate thru Paris. Thank you for being so welcoming. The view from the Eiffel Tower room was stunning! The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. The shower is very very small.

Well located hotel, near two metro stops and the Eiffel Tower. Didn’t feel too touristy locally and there are some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Lady on reception during my stay was very kind (and patient with my French). The corridors and common areas are a little tired but my room was clean and modern and a good size for Parisian hotels. Quite expensive for a 3 star hotel but I did stay during Fashion week and the rugby World Cup.

The rooms are incredibly small. The bathroom has a severe black mold problem. There are no electronic keys which is unsafe. Sewer smell wafted through the room occasionally. When we called for a cab a random driver showed up and over charged.

This hotel was absolutely great. The staff was amazing, so nice! they even help arrange transportation with us. They arranged breakfast to be dropped off to our rooms, even let us check in earlier if needed. They held our luggage before check in while we roamed around and held it after check out so we can keep sightseeing. It is within feet of a train station, lots of food options locally. 10/10 recommend it. I would stay here again if I ever visit

Absolutely will definitely come back and stay again. The staff was amazing Everybody was polite and gave good recommendation on things to do. I don’t remember the names of the staffs, but all I can say that they’re super helpful and super nice and have an outgoing personality.

The property is in an excellent location, within 1-5 minutes from three metro entries, and more importantly, within 10 minutes walking from the lawn in front of the Eiffel Tower. The property is a bit dated, but the morning breakfast is nice and quaint, with quality products.

The hotel is very clean and the staff and management are exceptionally pleasant. The hotel is conveniently within 200 metres? Of a significant Metro stop. Unfortunately, at night, it was a bit noisey. Also the elevators are not convenient. The first floor elevator can only be accessed by a flight of stairs and the elevator stop is between floors., requiring more stairs!

This was a great location! Close to shopping, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and many options for eating from early to late. The room was typical, on the small side for Americans, but very nice! There was adequate closet space and a decent size bathroom. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman at the desk even helped me purchase my train tickets back to the airport and walked with me to the train. I would absolutely recommend this unique and centrally located hotel. The stairs are so Parisian! Love!
