Had to crash one extra night in Paris and checked in really late (at 01 in the morning). The staff let me keep the room until 13:00 with no extra charge so I could get some extra hours of sleep. Very nice.

The staff at the desk was helpful if you engaged with them in person. I had reported a problem with my TV (if kept shutting off) from my room phone - there was no response for two days. I then reported it at the desk and my TV was replaced within 20 minutes. It was quiet, safe, and comfortable.
