The brakfast was good for the price, the room was a little smal but the staff was awesome. The italian restaurant around the corner was the star of our stay. Noise is a little loud but that is not an issue to me I'm a heavy sleeper.Location is good.

Property in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Bathroom had some mould and cracks in the tiling. Room was incredibly hot and had no windows that could be opened. Our room was on the ground floor so you could open the doors but only when youre in the room. You couldnt leave it open and go out or overnight. The bed was very hard, but this is individual choice.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and secure. My room was on the first floor and always extremely muggy when I went in -- even when it wasn't as muggy outside. I think maybe it was above a laundry room? I have no idea why it was so brutally warm and humid. But there was a fan in the room that helped cool things down and made it comfortable enough to sleep in. The bathroom is TINY. If you are particularly tall or particularly heavy, you will have a difficult time in the bathroom. I'm about a size 16 ladies, and I was ok, though I had to move a wastebasket to have more space to use the toilet. Otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable, and I was grateful for the elevator after staying in another city and having to climb four steep sets of stairs for my room. The room doors were very secure, but noisy when someone was going out because they had to pull the doors hard to close. I was also able to hear one of the desk staff talking loudly in the mornings, so definitely bring some earplugs if you want to sleep later than 7-8am and happen to be on the first floor. This place is also convenient to a few different metro stations, so that was wonderful and easy. Definitely recommend.

Parfait pour un court séjour

Parfait pour une nuit, mais vitres pas assez épaisses contre les bruits de la rue. Idem pour les murs, on entend tout. Très confortable et personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Petit déj à 8€ parfait.

Do not go.

Do not go. Was dirty. Bugs everywhere. Little wood mites and silver fish. Rooms are tiny, just large enough for a bed. But not really big enough for anything else including the run down ikea furniture. The bathroom was even smaller. Could barely fit in the shower. Couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed. Sleep was poor due to how loud the rest of the hotel it. Could hear everything though the corridor as the doors don’t seal properly. Walls paper thin. Doors had to be slammed to closed which meant everyone leaving/arriving woke you up. Stairs are near vertical, uneven and slopped. Wouldn’t ever return. Only redemption is the area.

This is a simple hotel. Old building who is a few years after its prime. Soundproofing is non-existent so be prepared for that. Otherwise the location is good and not so noisy from the street. Staff is friendly and avialable around the clock.

Here is the text with corrected grammar and improved phrasing: The hotel is well-located and the rooms were clean. Like most flats in Paris, the rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are very small. Don't expect too much, but don't be too pessimistic either—you get what you pay for. The breakfast is delicious and enough for an average person; it's not "all you can eat," but you won't starve, I assure you! I had a good experience and have no complaints about the place. It's noisy, which is true, but I don't think it's as much as other people are complaining about. If you want a cheap hotel, you will get a cheap (but fair enough) place to stay.

Personnel agréable, chambre propre et récente. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment minuscule à tel point que l’utilisation des toilettes en est désagréable. Plus gros point noir : insonorisation totalement inexistante qui peut faire de votre nuit un enfer si les clients qui séjournent en même temps que vous ne connaissent pas le respect de l’autre et n’essaient pas de se faire discret en pleine nuit…

Close to Gare du Nord

Not far from Gare du Nord towards the centre so handy if using that station. Friendly staff. I've stayed in a single room overlooking the courtyard so, unless a neighbour is taking loudly, quiet. Clean and tidy and not as small as some rooms in Paris.

Hôtel 3 * tout juste passable

Le personnel de cet etablissement est tres courtois et tres agréable, ca qui est le seul point très positif. L'état général de l'hotel est plutot vieillot, meme si les chambres ont ete refaites et sont beaucoup plus agréables. Par contre, 2 gros points noirs: la salle de bain extremement petite, tout comme le bac a douche..Il faut enjamber les toilettes pour accéder à la douche. Par ailleurs, il n' y a litteralement aucune insonorisation d'une chambre à l'autre. Ma chambre étant au premier étage, j'entendais également tout ce qui se disait à la réception. Par ailleurs le lit grinçait dès que l'on faisait le moindre mouvement, et le matelas etait inconfortable..Le quartier quant a lui était très correct.
