Globalement mitigée: Ajout d'un surplus à notre arrivée à l'hôtel à cause de frais annexes liés à la réservation via hôtel.com 145€ au lieu de 136€, la navette de 7h08 pour l'aéroport était déjà pleine car c'est le dernier hôtel de la tournée, il fallait donc attendre la prochaine (40 minutes). La réceptionniste nous a appelé un taxi van que nous avons payé (30€) pour nous rendre à l'aéroport et être à l'heure. L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant. Mais à côté, un personnel vraiment au top, agréable et attentionné ! Ils ont été super avec nous et nos enfants! Merci ! Et nous avons passé une très bonne nuit sans bruit et avec un bon matelas et une bonne couverture. Nous avons également pu avoir un lit parapluie pour notre bébé qui est arrivé monté et préparé alors que nous leur avons demandé en dernière minute. La chambre est bien équipée et les agents d'étages ont bien préparé la chambre qui était propre de fond en comble! La direction peut être fière de ses employés qui font oublier le service à revoir concernant les navettes et les petits travaux/bricolages à effectuer pour mériter ses étoiles (poignée du baby foot, trous dans le mur au niveau de la commande de la clim, tuyaux apparents de la clim, support de douche qui ne retient pas le pommeau ou encore douchette de la baignoire qui pique à cause du tartre). Nous avons pu nous faire livrer et nous restaurer dans notre chambre. Bref je remercie le personnel qui est top et qui met en valeur cet hôtel.

Um hotel bem inferior com relação ao custo x beneficio. Café da manhã muito pobre! Além de ser o único em que ficamos que precisava deixar calção de 100 euros. Ficamos no west, elisee, sequoia lodje, redison blue. Todos excelente qualidade e otimocuato x beneficio. Sem calção que até agora nao tivemos extorno.

Es hat dem entsprochen, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Das Hotel ist super, die Umgebung ist nun mal an der Autobahn und somit laut. Man konnte das Auto sicher auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels abstellen und dann mit dem Bus fahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sauber.

The restaurant staff was rude and unhelpful. There was nowhere to eat our own food and were pushed out of the patio with our delivered food and had to eat in our rooms. There was construction in the hotel which we were not informed about and the noise was unbearable.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. The room was clean and quiet with plenty of space and a pretty view from the window. The bathroom and the toilet are separated. Plenty of lighting everywhere. There were plenty of choices for breakfast: lots of fruit and food options. I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and the outdoor lounge area was nice. The attractiveness of the restaurant was just okay, but the food was really good. Better than expected for a hotel. We enjoyed our dinner and the Continental room service breakfast the next day. We did feel a little isolated to the hotel though since there didn’t seem to be anything walkable nearby - restaurants, cafes, shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excelente Hotel
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. El personal muy amable, tienen servicio de custodia de maletas que nos permitió disfrutar el último día hasta la salida al aeropuerto. El desayuno muy bueno comparando calidad vs. precio. El tamaño de las habitaciones es pequeño, un poco incómodo por las maletas, pero eso quedó compensado con la increíble vista que nos tocó. Veíamos de frente la torre Eiffel y hacia el costado el Río Sena. Volveremos!

Plus que médiocre
Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Le hall d’accueil ainsi que le bar et restaurant font très bas de gamme. Décor très vieillissant et sans âme. Heureusement qu’un employé du restaurant, charmant à relevé le niveau par son accueil très chaleureux.
